Policies and Procedures on SchoolDocs
Each term, the whole school community is invited to review and comment on specific policies and procedures. This feedback is captured using the review button on topics that are under review. The review topics for each term are listed on the Current Review and Review Instructions page.
Throughout the year, the SchoolDocs team updates content to reflect regulatory and legislative changes and makes improvements for clarity, readability, and purpose. These scheduled and internal review changes are summarised on the What’s New Page.
At any time, members of the school community can send general feedback on a topic to the school by clicking the green feedback button at the top right of the page.
The Board of Trustees, along with teachers and parents, are invited to read, review and offer feedback on our policies and procedures. If you wish to access any of these documents, please go to:
https://www.schooldocs.co.nz/. Click on the top right button, ‘Search for your school.’ Choose Waitati School from the drop-down menu. The username is ‘waitati’ and the password is ‘feather’ (all lowercase). Click on the Review Tab and add your comments.
